My clients are some of the sweetest people around...no joke! The T family was no exception; they found me through a Yahoo search and booked a maternity session before they welcome their second child into the world in a few short weeks. Lindsey told me that it was very important to include their 2 year old, Miss L, in the photos. As you can see, we not only included little Miss L, but she became the star in several shots. I absolutely love love loved her!!

We met in Forest Park in Noblesville (a location I highly recommend, by the way) and spent some time capturing Lindsey's beautiful 32 week belly. We also squeezed in several adorable family shots and some time for conversation. I had such an amazing time getting to know the T's!

Congrats Matt and Lindsey on your second precious blessing from God! Thank you for allowing me to capture such precious memories...I fell in love with your sweet family :)

Marlee 9 Months | Indianapolis, Indiana Family Photographer

I love my clients...every single one! Each family brings their own uniqueness, which I absolutely adore. HOWEVER, that being said, I especially love the Kuhn family!

I've known Jaci for about 2 years {we work together} and was thrilled to be able to photograph their first family pictures with baby Marlee back in October. I was honored to once again photograph their family again; let me tell you, Miss Marlee has grown up a lot since our last session.

Happy 9 months Marlee! Can't wait until your 1 year session :)

Gwen and Todd {Indianapolis, Indiana Engagement Photographer}

Gwen and Todd are an amazingly fun couple {who will be my first bride and groom in September...yay!}

We had a great time scouting the alleys of downtown Indianapolis for grungy locations for our "edgy" engagement session. Warning: a few of these images may be considered PG-13 :)

Baby Elyjah {Fishers, Indiana Newborn Photographer}

It seems as if all my nursing school friends are getting married and having babies: Aly is no exception. She just had a beautiful baby boy names Elyjah and I had the privilege of doing a newborn session for her. Let me tell you, Ely was one of the easiest babies to shoot...he was more than happy to sleep (after we got him nice and toasty warm with a space heater)

Kaycie Maternity {Greenfield, Indiana Maternity Photographer}

Every time I do a session, I find a new reason to make that particular type my favorite. Call me fickle, but I can't seem to pick just one type of session as my favorite. However, I will say that I am in.love with maternity shoots; mamas to be are gorgeous in front of the camera.

Kaycie was no exception: she's a sassy mama to be who just welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Elainea Mae. I can't wait to take Elainea's infant photos...just sayin' :-)

Kaycie's sister Racheal has been her biggest supporter throughout her pregnancy; Kaycie jokingly referred to Racheal as her "baby daddy." Racheal accompanied Kaycie to every doctor's appointment since the very beginning and told me several times how excited she was to become an aunt.

We couldn't leave Racheal out on the photo fun, so she got some one-on-one time during the shoot.

Kaycie and Racheal, I so enjoyed spending time getting to know you and capturing Kaycie's gorgeous 37 week belly. Congrats on baby Elainea...I can't wait to meet her!

Gina: Senior Session {Indianapolis, Indiana Senior Photographer}

Senior sessions happen to be one of my favorites to photograph, because seniors tend to be open to just about anything. I love their energy and willingness to move in front of the camera...every photographer's dream client!

Gina was no exception; as a dancer, she was an absolute natural when it came to looking natural in her poses. And, she's gorgeous to boot! She was full of ideas, but also willing to try some of the crazy ideas I suggested during our shoot. Gina wanted a variety of locations {which, by the way, I think is the best idea EVER!}, so we started in Downtown Indy, then made our way to the IMA.

Congrats Gina! I had such an amazing time working with you. Enjoy the rest of your senior year and good luck at IU this fall!

Baby Marlee {Indianapolis, Indiana Newborn Photographer}

One of the greatest privileges a photographer has is the opportunity to photograph new life. To see a perfectly formed human being, surrounded by the unconditional love of his or her mom and dad is a beautiful experience. I had the extreme pleasure to photograph my coworker Jaci's brand new baby girl, Marlee; let me tell you...she's the most beautiful baby!

Jaci is a natural mommy; spend a few minutes around her and you can tell she was born to be Marlee's mama!

See, I told you! Marlee is absolutely, without a doubt, the most gorgeous baby in the history of babies!

Thank you Sam and Jaci for the opportunity to take your family's first photos. I can't wait for Marlee's six month shoot at the IMA!
